Dr Jean-Paul Chung earned his Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Newcastle in 2015. Initially, he began his postgraduate career in trauma and orthopaedic surgery, which inspired him to further his studies with a Master’s Degree in Trauma Surgery. His passion for facial anatomy, regenerative medicine, and precision naturally led him to the field of cosmetic medicine.
He holds dual fellowships with the Australasian College of Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery (ACCSM) and the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA). As an experienced aesthetic trainer, Dr Chung has presented at cosmetic surgery conferences and published peer-reviewed research as a first author. He has a particular focus on non-surgical and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation techniques, and has also pursued advanced training in the use of lasers and ultrasound to improve safety and efficacy in cosmetic procedures.
Dr Chung is dedicated to working collaboratively with his patients, creating customised treatment plans that enhance their natural features. His philosophy prioritises maintaining a natural appearance while addressing each patient’s individual concerns. With a commitment to ethical, holistic care, he tailors his approach to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients.
