Frequently Asked Questions

How will my skin look after the treatment?

Immediately after the peel your skin will look refined, polished and glowing so a level 1 peel is a great treatment to do the day before an event. Around day 3 you will start to experience some flaking and peeling which can be gently exfoliated away with an enzymatic cleanser that digests dead skin cells. Stronger peels may begin to cause flaking sooner and are not recommended before an event. For best results combine with medical grade skin care and our LED light therapy.

What are the benefits of a Chemical Peel?

Head dermal therapist Nadia explains: what are the benefits of a Chemical Peel, and how do they help your skin?

Chemical peels are used to strip skin layers through a controlled and limited injury, removing unwanted skin and revealing a healthier, brighter, more attractive skin. It can be used to treat fine lines, pigmentation, acne, scarring and sun damage.

The Rehydrating Peel with Nadia

This lactic acid-based peel is mild, helping to even out skin tone, enabling a faster cell turn-over and resulting in a more youthful appearance to the skin. The lactic acid targets the epidermis (the outermost layer of the skin) to combat dull and dehydrated skin. The end result of this peel is vibrant, hydrated and glowing skin.

The Rehydrating Peel with Nadia

Exfoliate, hydrate and refresh your skin with no downtime. Head dermal therapist Nadia performed The Rehydrating Peel on her patient. It's a great introductory peel, offering a powerful yet gentle corrective treatment. Benefits include hydration and brightening of your skin, addressing congestion, open pores and blemished skin.

Blueberry Peel with Nadia

Our Blueberry Chemical Peel contains lactic acid that penetrates deep into the skin, removing all those dead, lifeless cells. Whilst the antioxidants within the chemical peel assist in overall brightening. Leaving the skin immediately softer and smoother, this treatment is perfect for first time chemical peel patients, as the ingredients are mild, but will still offering great results.
