Katrina’s early years in makeup and beauty therapy left their mark too, giving her a grounding in presentation and proportion that taught her to notice detail most people walk straight past. It’s part of why patients often find her easy to talk to – Katrina has spent years learning to read exactly what someone is hoping to change, and just as importantly, what they’d rather leave alone.In the consultation room, Katrina calmly takes her time. She works with everyone from patients in their twenties exploring cosmetic medicine for the first time to those further into a long-term plan. With new patients especially, she prefers to start slowly – building trust first, then creating the treatment plan over time, rather than covering everything in one sitting.
Naturally a social person, Katrina genuinely looks forward to her returning patients as much as her new ones. She counts the long-term relationships she’s built at Contour Clinics among the most rewarding parts of the job.
When she’s not at work, Katrina reads novels, walks her cavoodle and makes time for coffee catch-ups with friends.
