Read our Terms & Conditions

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to appointments, purchases, and services provided by Contour Clinics. By booking an appointment, attending a consultation or treatment, purchasing a package or product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies, and operational requirements.

If you have questions, please contact our team before your appointment.

2. Bookings and Appointment Confirmation

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in-clinic (where available). A booking is only confirmed once all required booking steps have been completed, including payment of any required deposit.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early for check-in and pre-appointment requirements.

3. Booking Deposits

To secure appointment availability and reduce late cancellations and no-shows, a booking deposit may be required.

3.1 Standard deposit

  • A $75 deposit applies to most standard appointments.

  • The deposit is collected at the time of booking and stored on your profile as credit.

  • This credit is applied towards eligible treatment(s) and purchases at checkout.

3.2 Higher deposit consultations

Some consultations require a higher deposit due to extended appointment time and preparation requirements.

  • Men’s intimate area consultations require a $250 deposit.

  • This deposit is stored as credit and applied towards eligible services at checkout.

3.3 Exclusions (no deposit required)

Booking deposits do not apply to:

  • Follow-up appointments

  • Review appointments

  • Membership-based appointments (Please refer to clause 9.2 from Memberships T&Cs – Membership Late Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: If a member cancels or reschedules their scheduled skin treatment within 48 hours of the appointment time, that month’s skin treatment will be forfeited. This policy does not apply to LED Light Therapy sessions.)

3.4 Complimentary consultations

We require a deposit to secure a complimentary consultation. If you attend your consultation and choose not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded at checkout.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Our cancellation policy helps protect appointment availability for all patients.

4.1 The 48-hour window

The following rules apply based on the time you notify us before your appointment start time.

4.2 Outside 48 hours

  • Reschedule: Your deposit remains on your account as credit and will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

  • Cancel: Your deposit can be refunded on request to the original payment method. If a refund is not requested, the deposit will remain on your account as credit for future use.

4.3 Inside 48 hours

  • Cancel, reschedule, or no-show: Your deposit may be forfeited.

  • We may apply discretion on a case-by-case basis. Examples may include sudden illness or circumstances outside your control.

  • If we choose not to forfeit the deposit, it will remain on your account as credit for future use.

4.4 If Contour Clinics needs to reschedule or cancel

If Contour Clinics needs to reschedule or cancel your appointment, your deposit will remain as credit for your rescheduled appointment or can be refunded on request.

5. Payments, Credits and Refunds

5.3 Refunds (deposit refunds)

  • Deposit refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds can take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, but are often processed sooner.

5.4 Card storage (optional)

5.5.2 Purchase and delivery
a) Gift Cards may be purchased online, by phone, or in clinic (where available).
b) eGift Cards are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring recipient details are correct.
c) We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect recipient details, spam filtering, or email provider issues.

5.5.3 Validity period and expiry
a) Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, unless we state otherwise at the time of purchase.
b) Gift Cards cannot be redeemed after expiry. Any remaining balance will not be refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5.5.4 Redemption and use
a) Gift Cards may be redeemed for eligible treatments and products at Contour Clinics locations, subject to clinical suitability and appointment availability.

c) If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
d) Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change is given for any remaining balance, except where required by law.

5.5.5 Non-transferability and resale
a) Gift Cards may be used by the holder, unless we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised transfer.

5.5.6 Refunds and chargebacks
a) Change-of-mind refunds are not available for Gift Card purchases, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5.5.7 Lost, stolen, or deleted Gift Cards
a) Treat Gift Cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
b) If you have proof of purchase and sufficient identifying information (such as Gift Card number or confirmation email), we may, at our discretion and where feasible, assist with reissuing or transferring the remaining balance. We may refuse where we cannot verify ownership or where misuse is suspected.

5.5.8 Promotions and additional terms
a) Gift Cards purchased as part of a promotion may be subject to additional promotional terms (for example, bonus value, discounts, or redemption deadlines for promotional components).
b) Where promotional terms conflict with these Gift Card terms, the promotional terms apply to the extent of the conflict.

5.5.9 Consumer Law
Nothing in these Gift Card terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

6. Prepaid Treatment Packages

Prepaid treatment packages must be paid in full prior to commencement of treatments, unless otherwise stated.

  • Bookings must be made for each treatment included in the package.

  • Package inclusions and expiry (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Membership bookings are excluded from standard booking deposits as outlined above, unless otherwise stated.

8. Consultations and Treatment Suitability

All treatments and recommendations are subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

  • A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments.

  • Treatment options (if any) will be discussed during your consultation based on clinical suitability, medical history, and your goals.

  • We do not guarantee outcomes. Results can vary between individuals and depend on many factors.

Contour Clinics reserves the right to decline treatment or postpone treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.

9. Changes in Medical History and Medications

It is your responsibility to inform your treating clinician of any changes in your medical history, allergies, or medications, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, and any relevant medical conditions.

If you do not disclose relevant information, this may impact your suitability for treatment and your outcomes.

In the event of an emergency requiring escalation of care, transfer to hospital may be arranged at the discretion of attending health professionals. Costs associated with ambulance transfer and hospital care remain the responsibility of the patient.

10. Post-Treatment Reviews

Where a review is clinically indicated, review timeframes may vary depending on the treatment provided and the clinician’s guidance.

If you experience unexpected symptoms or believe you may be experiencing a complication, please contact the clinic as soon as possible via phone, email, or website live chat for guidance.

11. Photography

Photography may be taken as part of your clinical record. This can include photos prior to treatment, during treatment planning, and after treatment where clinically appropriate.

By attending an appointment, you consent to clinical photography as part of your medical record. Any use of images beyond clinical record-keeping will only occur with your explicit consent and in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

12. Vouchers and Promotional Offers

Unless otherwise stated:

  • One voucher or promotional offer may be used per appointment.

  • Vouchers and offers must be presented at the time of payment.

  • Offers cannot be combined with other offers, packages, or discounts.

Contour Clinics reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions where permitted.
