Michelle Glenfield brings over 20 years of aesthetics experience across dermal therapy, laser technologies and skin health. Her clinical background is broad, and over two decades in the industry she has developed a particular depth of knowledge in reactive and sensitive skin conditions.
That interest is personal as well as clinical. With an Irish background, Michelle understands firsthand the challenges that can come with reactive, vascular-prone skin – an experience that has given her both genuine empathy for patients with these concerns and a professional focus that has deepened over time.
She particularly enjoys working with skin barrier dysfunction, vascular conditions and rosacea, and has developed treatment approaches that combine technologies such as IPL, Laser Genesis and LED therapy with evidence-based skincare to address inflammation and support long-term skin health.
For Michelle, treatment planning is always specific to the patient in front of her. She takes time to understand each person’s concerns, lifestyle and expectations before building a plan. Michelle places significant emphasis on education, because she believes patients who understand their skin make better decisions about how to care for it between treatments.
Michelle believes that her role in cosmetic medicine is less about aesthetics and more about understanding each person’s concerns and building trust to create treatment plans that meet their needs.
What keeps Michelle engaged after two decades in the field is that the landscape keeps changing. New research, technologies and evolving treatment approaches mean there is always something to learn and refine. She loves that every day is different and finds that the combination of clinical problem-solving and patient relationships makes her work consistently rewarding.
Outside the clinic, Michelle enjoys time with her son, swimming and travelling.
