Winter Skin Reset 2026 Campaign Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 8th May 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contour Clinics Winter Skin Reset 2026 campaign (the Campaign). By booking and paying for the Winter Skin Reset offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1) Promoter
The promoter is Contour Clinics Pty Ltd (ABN 58 645 447 365), trading as Contour Clinics, of 1/222 King Street, Newtown NSW 2042 (Contour Clinics, we, us, our).
2) Campaign period
The Campaign runs from 12:00am AEST on 8th May 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on 31st May 2026 (the Campaign Period), inclusive. The Winter Skin Reset offer is only available for booking during the Campaign Period.
3) The offer
3.1 Inclusions and price
- The Winter Skin Reset offer entitles the patient to one (1) full-face skin needling treatment at the Contour Clinics Miranda clinic (545 Kingsway, Miranda NSW 2228) for $149 inc. GST.
- The standard published price for the same treatment at Contour Clinics Miranda is $395 inc. GST.
3.2 Treatment scope
The offer covers the standard full-face skin needling protocol as performed at Contour Clinics Miranda. The offer does not cover:
- Skin needling of the neck, décolletage, scalp, hair restoration areas, or any area outside the full face
- Any adjunct treatment, including (without limitation) skin boosters, mesotherapy, polynucleotide treatments, or topical applications outside the standard protocol
- Any additional product, service, or treatment, which will be charged at standard pricing
4) Eligibility
4.1 Open to new and existing patients
The offer is available to both new and existing patients of Contour Clinics, regardless of which clinic they usually attend.
4.2 Limit per patient
Limit of one (1) Winter Skin Reset redemption per patient during the Campaign Period.
4.3 Location
The offer is available at Contour Clinics Miranda only. The offer cannot be redeemed at any other Contour Clinics location.
4.4 Combinability
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, voucher, discount, package, membership benefit (including the Ultimate Skin Membership and the LED Light Therapy Membership), staff price, or rewards points redemption.
4.5 No retroactive application
The offer cannot be applied retroactively to bookings made or treatments paid for at standard pricing prior to the Campaign Period. The offer is non-transferable.
5) Booking and payment
5.1 Payment at booking
Full payment of $149 is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
5.2 Booking channels
Bookings can be made via the Contour Clinics website, the Contour Clinics app, or by contacting Contour Clinics Miranda directly. All bookings are subject to clinic and clinician availability.
6) Consultation and clinical suitability
6.1 Consultation
All Winter Skin Reset appointments include a clinical consultation prior to treatment to confirm suitability.
6.2 Refund where treatment is not suitable
If the treating clinician determines on the day of the appointment that the treatment is not suitable for the patient, the patient will receive a full refund of $149. Treatment will not proceed without informed consent.
6.3 Alternative treatments
Where the clinician identifies that an alternative treatment may be more appropriate, the alternative will be discussed at the consultation and may be booked separately at standard pricing.
7) Cancellations and rescheduling
7.1 Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled at no additional cost where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
7.2 Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, except where the cancellation is due to clinical unsuitability identified by our clinical team under clause 6.2.
7.3 Failure to attend
Failure to attend without notice forfeits the booking fee.
8) General
8.1 Misuse and fraud
We may, acting reasonably, refuse a booking, cancel a booking, or reverse a transaction where we suspect misuse, fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the Campaign.
8.2 Changes, suspension or withdrawal
We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Campaign or any element of it where reasonably necessary, including for legal, supply, operational or clinical reasons. Where a change materially disadvantages a participant, we will work with that participant to provide an appropriate resolution, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
8.3 Errors
If a genuine error is identified in the publication, pricing, set-up or application of the Campaign, we may correct the error and will honour the offer to the extent required by law.
8.4 Privacy
Participation in the Campaign involves the collection and use of personal information to administer the Campaign, process bookings, and process payments and refunds. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at contourclinics.com.au/privacy-policy/.
8.5 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
8.6 Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Mother’s Day 2026 Campaign Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 29th April 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contour Clinics Mother’s Day 2026 campaign (the Campaign). By purchasing a Bundle, purchasing a Gift Card under the Campaign, or redeeming a Ritual Facial Voucher, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1) Promoter
The promoter is Contour Clinics Pty Ltd (ABN 58645447365), trading as Contour Clinics, of 1/222 King Street, Newtown NSW 2042 (Contour Clinics, we, us, our). Bundles sold via the Ilumaé online store at ilumae.com.au are sold by Contour Clinics under its associated brand “Ilumaé”.
2) Campaign period
The Campaign runs from 12:00am AEST on 29th April 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on 11th May 2026 (the Campaign Period), inclusive. Bundles, Gift Cards and the associated complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher offer are only available for purchase during the Campaign Period.
3) Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
Bundle means either The Mother’s Day Bundle or The Skincare Bundle. Gift Card means a Contour Clinics Gift Card purchased during the Campaign Period with a face value of $100 or more. Participating Clinic means any Contour Clinics location in Australia, being Bondi Junction, Brisbane, Castle Hill, Crows Nest, Five Dock, Miranda, Narellan and Newtown. Ritual Facial means the 45-minute facial treatment created for the Campaign, comprising a brief consultation followed by a tailored facial. Ritual Facial Voucher means the physical or digital voucher entitling the holder to redeem one (1) Ritual Facial, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4) Campaign offers
Three offers are available during the Campaign Period. Each is described below.
4.1 The Mother’s Day Bundle – $199
Each Mother’s Day Bundle includes:
- One (1) Ilumaé Morning Ritual Crème
- One (1) Ilumaé Eye Crème
- One (1) Ritual Facial Voucher (notional value $195)
- One (1) co-branded gift bag (while stocks last)
The total perceived value of $373 is calculated as the recommended retail price (RRP) of the included Ilumaé products plus the notional value of one (1) Ritual Facial. See clause 6.5 for further information on how this value is derived.
The Mother’s Day Bundle is available in clinic at any Participating Clinic and online via the Ilumaé store at ilumae.com.au, while stocks last.
4.2 The Skincare Bundle – $149
Each Skincare Bundle includes:
- One (1) Ilumaé Morning Ritual Crème
- One (1) Ilumaé Eye Crème
- One (1) co-branded gift bag (while stocks last)
The total RRP value of $178 is calculated as the recommended retail price of the included Ilumaé products.
The Skincare Bundle is available in clinic at any Participating Clinic and online via the Ilumaé store at ilumae.com.au, while stocks last.
4.3 Gift Card with complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher
Customers who purchase a Contour Clinics Gift Card with a face value of $100 or more during the Campaign Period will receive one (1) complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher (notional value $195), issued to the purchaser of the Gift Card.
- The minimum face value of $100 is strict. Gift Cards purchased below $100 do not qualify for the complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher.
- The minimum is calculated on a single Gift Card purchase, before the application of any other credit, voucher, or discount.
- Limit of one (1) complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher per purchaser, regardless of the number of qualifying Gift Cards purchased or the total Gift Card value.
- Gift Cards purchased online are issued and delivered as e-Gift Cards. The complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher is delivered digitally by email to the purchaser.
- Gift Cards purchased in clinic are issued in accordance with our standard Gift Card terms.
Standard Contour Clinics Gift Card terms apply to all Gift Cards issued during the Campaign, including a validity period of 36 months from the date of issue.
5) Ritual Facial Voucher – redemption
5.1 Validity
All Ritual Facial Vouchers issued under the Campaign expire on 30th June 2026. Vouchers must be redeemed by this date and the validity period cannot be extended.
5.2 The Ritual Facial
The Ritual Facial is a 45-minute treatment comprising a brief consultation followed by a tailored facial. The specific elements of the facial are determined by the treating clinician based on the suitability and needs of the patient at the time of the appointment.
5.3 Booking and availability
- Bookings can be made by contacting any Participating Clinic directly or through the Contour Clinics online booking system, where available.
- Ritual Facial appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Appointments are not available on weekends, public holidays, or outside standard business hours.
- All bookings are subject to clinic and clinician availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time, particularly close to the voucher expiry date.
- A booking deposit or credit card pre-authorisation may be required at the time of booking. Where taken, the deposit will be refunded at checkout following the completed treatment, in accordance with our standard policy.
- Standard Contour Clinics cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies apply. Failure to attend, or cancellation outside the permitted window, may result in forfeiture of the voucher and/or a fee under our standard policy. Please contact your clinic for details.
5.4 Eligibility and clinical suitability
- The Ritual Facial is available to all patients aged 18 years or over, including new and existing patients.
- All treatments are subject to consultation, informed consent, and a suitability assessment by an appropriate clinician.
- Where a contraindication or clinical concern is identified at the consultation, the treating clinician will determine and deliver the most appropriate alternative facial treatment of equivalent scope within the appointment. No alternative remedy, refund, substitution, credit or extension will be provided outside of the appointment.
5.5 Voucher format and presentation
- Ritual Facial Vouchers issued with Bundles are provided as physical printed vouchers, included inside the Bundle packaging (online orders) or co-branded gift bag (in-clinic purchases).
- Ritual Facial Vouchers issued with online Gift Card purchases are provided digitally by email to the purchaser.
- The voucher (physical or digital) must be presented at the appointment to redeem the Ritual Facial.
5.6 Bearer redemption
- Ritual Facial Vouchers are bearer instruments. The voucher may be redeemed by any individual aged 18 years or over who presents the voucher at a Participating Clinic and meets the eligibility and clinical suitability requirements.
- Voucher holders are responsible for the security of their voucher. Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, deleted or otherwise non-presentable vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.
5.7 Transfer and limit per patient
- Ritual Facial Vouchers may be transferred or gifted by the original recipient.
- Limit of one (1) Ritual Facial Voucher redemption per patient under the Campaign, regardless of the number of vouchers received or held.
5.8 No cash value and no combination with other offers
- Ritual Facial Vouchers have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and no change, credit, or refund will be given on partial or non-redemption.
- Ritual Facial Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, voucher, discount, package, membership benefit or staff price.
- Ritual Facial Vouchers cannot be applied to any other treatment, service, retail product, gift card, deposit, membership fee, or charge.
- The Ritual Facial cannot be exchanged for, upgraded to, or credited toward any other treatment or service.
6) Bundle terms
6.1 Availability
Bundles are available while stocks last. Quantities are limited and we cannot guarantee availability throughout the Campaign Period. Once stock is exhausted, the Bundle will be withdrawn from sale, online and in clinic.
6.2 Co-branded gift bag
The co-branded gift bag is included with each Bundle while stocks last. We may substitute or omit the gift bag if stocks are exhausted, and any such substitution or omission does not constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions or a basis for refund or compensation.
6.3 Returns and exchanges
- Skincare products included in Bundles are subject to the standard Ilumaé returns policy. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Where a Bundle is returned in full and a refund is approved, any included Ritual Facial Voucher must be returned unredeemed and will be cancelled. Where the Ritual Facial Voucher has already been redeemed, the value of the redeemed Ritual Facial may be deducted from any refund payable.
6.4 Use with other offers
- Bundles cannot be purchased using Contour Clinics gift cards, credits, or rewards points.
- Bundles cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other promotional offer, voucher, discount, or staff price.
- Bundle prices are fixed at $199 (The Mother’s Day Bundle) and $149 (The Skincare Bundle) and are not subject to further discount.
6.5 Pricing and value claims
- The “perceived value” figure for The Mother’s Day Bundle ($373) is calculated as the published RRP of the included Ilumaé Morning Ritual Crème and Ilumaé Eye Crème, plus the notional value of one (1) Ritual Facial.
- The “RRP value” figure for The Skincare Bundle ($178) is calculated as the published RRP of the included Ilumaé Morning Ritual Crème and Ilumaé Eye Crème.
- The notional value of the Ritual Facial ($195) has been determined by reference to the standard pricing of comparable Contour Clinics facial treatments of similar duration and clinical scope.
- Value figures are provided as a guide only. Actual savings will depend on the items you would otherwise have purchased.
7) Gift Card terms
7.1 Standard Gift Card terms
All Contour Clinics Gift Cards issued during the Campaign are subject to our standard Gift Card terms and conditions, available on our website. Without limiting those terms:
- Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value outside their use as a payment method at Participating Clinics.
- Gift Cards may not be used to purchase further gift cards or to purchase items under the Mother’s Day 2026 Campaign (including the Bundles).
7.2 Refunds and the complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher
If a qualifying Gift Card is refunded, cancelled, or charged back (in whole or in part) for any reason, the complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher issued in connection with that Gift Card will be voided. Where the complimentary Ritual Facial Voucher has already been redeemed at the time of the refund, cancellation or chargeback, the value of the redeemed Ritual Facial may be deducted from any refund payable, or recovered as a debt.
8) General
8.1 Misuse and fraud
We may, acting reasonably, refuse redemption, cancel a Ritual Facial Voucher, void a Gift Card, or reverse a transaction where we suspect misuse, fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the Campaign.
8.2 Resale
Bundles, Gift Cards and Ritual Facial Vouchers are intended for personal use and gifting. We may refuse redemption of any voucher we reasonably believe to have been resold, listed for resale, or distributed for commercial gain.
8.3 Changes, suspension or withdrawal
We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Campaign or any element of it where reasonably necessary, including for legal, supply, operational or clinical reasons. Where a change materially disadvantages a participant, we will work with that participant to provide an appropriate resolution, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

Welcome Back Rewards Offer
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contour Clinics Welcome Back Rewards Offer (Offer). The Offer is available to selected patients only and is provided at Contour Clinics’ discretion.
1) Offer
Eligible patients will receive $200 in Contour Rewards Points credited to their Contour Clinics account (Rewards Points).
2) Eligibility
The Offer is available to selected patients who:
- have not attended an appointment at any Contour Clinics location since 31 January 2024; and
- are opted in to receive marketing communications via the channel used to deliver the Offer at the time the communication is sent.
If you did not receive this Offer directly from Contour Clinics, you may not be eligible.
Contour Clinics may verify eligibility at any time.
3) Minimum spend requirement
To redeem Rewards Points under this Offer, the patient must spend a minimum of $299 in a single transaction (Minimum Spend).
- The Minimum Spend is calculated before Rewards Points are applied.
- If the Minimum Spend is not met, Rewards Points cannot be redeemed in that transaction.
4) Rewards Points expiry
Rewards Points issued under this Offer expire 12 months from the date they are credited to the patient’s account. Expired Rewards Points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
5) How to redeem
Rewards Points can be redeemed:
- at any Contour Clinics location; and
- by requesting redemption at checkout, where Rewards Points will be applied to the invoice total.
Rewards Points cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases or appointments.
6) Exclusions
Unless Contour Clinics states otherwise:
- Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash, have no cash equivalent, and are non-transferable.
- Rewards Points may only be used by the eligible patient/account holder.
- Rewards Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Rewards Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, credits, or promotions where prohibited by Contour Clinics (as determined at the time of redemption).
7) Limit of one per patient
Limit of one (1) Offer per eligible patient. Duplicate credits issued in error may be reversed.
8) Account access and visibility
Rewards Points will appear in the patient’s Rewards balance, including within the Contour Clinics app where available. Patients are responsible for ensuring their account details (including email and mobile number) are accurate.
9) Changes, errors and cancellation
Contour Clinics reserves the right to withdraw, vary, or cancel the Offer at any time in its discretion, including to correct errors or reverse Rewards Points applied in error or where misuse is suspected.
10) General
By participating in the Offer, patients agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Contour Clinics general Terms and Conditions.
Contour Clinics Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 9 February 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contour Clinics Rewards Program (the Rewards Program) operated by Contour Clinics. By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms.
Contour Clinics may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website.
1. Definitions

Contour Clinics, we, us, our means Contour Clinics and its related entities operating participating clinic locations.

Rewards Program means the loyalty program under which eligible patients can earn and redeem points.

Points means rewards points recorded on a patient profile within our systems.

Eligible Spend means qualifying spend that earns Points under these Terms.
-
Eligible Transaction means a completed, paid transaction for Eligible Spend.

Account means a patient profile within our booking and payment systems.
-
App means the Contour Clinics mobile app (where Points balance and history may be visible).
2. Program overview
The Rewards Program allows eligible patients to:

Earn Points on Eligible Spend; and
-
Redeem Points on future eligible purchases at participating Contour Clinics locations, subject to these Terms.
Points:

Are not cash
-
Have no cash value outside of the Rewards Program
-
Cannot be transferred between patients/accounts
-
Cannot be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash
3. Eligibility and enrolment
3.1 The Rewards Program is available to patients of Contour Clinics with an Account.
3.2 We may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation where required by law, for suspected misuse, or where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the integrity of the Rewards Program.
3.3 Participation is personal to the patient and is linked to the patient’s Account details (for example, name, email, and/or mobile number). Patients should ensure their details are accurate to avoid Points being allocated incorrectly.
4. Earning Points
4.1 Points are earned on Eligible Spend processed through our systems at participating locations.
4.2 Points are generally earned only when an Eligible Transaction is paid and completed.
4.3 Earn rates:

Treatments and services: 1 Point per $1 spent (AUD)

Ilumaé products purchased in-clinic: 2 Points per $1 spent (AUD)
4.4 Points value:
-
1 Point = $0.01 (one cent) when redeemed (AUD).
4.5 Points are typically added to an Account shortly after an Eligible Transaction is completed. Processing times may vary.
4.6 Exclusions from Eligible Spend
Points are not earned on:
-
Deposits (including booking deposits)
-
Membership fees or membership-based appointments
-
Gift cards or vouchers (purchase of gift cards)
-
Refunds, reversals, voided transactions, or chargebacks
-
Tips, third-party charges, or non-clinic charges (where applicable)
-
Any other item we designate as excluded at our reasonable discretion
5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Points may be redeemed at checkout to reduce the amount payable on eligible purchases, subject to these Terms and system availability.
5.2 Redemption is subject to:
-
The patient having sufficient Points available; and
-
The transaction including eligible items.
5.3 Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to past purchases.
5.4 We may set minimum redemption amounts, maximum redemption limits per transaction, or other safeguards to protect the integrity of the Rewards Program.
5.5 Redemption exclusions
Points cannot be redeemed against:

Deposits (including booking deposits)
-
Membership fees
-
Gift cards (purchase of gift cards)
-
Transactions that are fully discounted or $0 payable
-
Any other item we designate as excluded at our reasonable discretion
6. Adjustments, refunds and reversals
6.1 If an Eligible Transaction is refunded (in whole or in part), we may adjust the Points earned on that transaction accordingly, including reversing Points that were awarded.
6.2 If Points were redeemed on a transaction that is later refunded, we may:

Re-credit Points to the Account to the extent permitted by our systems and the nature of the refund; or
-
Adjust Points balances to reflect the refund.
6.3 Where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, account duplication, or system error, we may delay Points allocation, reverse Points, or suspend redemption while we investigate.
7. Points balance, visibility and no expiry
7.1 Points balances and history may be visible in the App or via staff assistance in-clinic.
7.2 Points do not expire.
7.3 If you believe your Points balance is incorrect, you must notify us within a reasonable time. We may request supporting information (for example, receipt details) to investigate.
8. Account integrity and misuse
8.1 Each patient should maintain one Account. Creating multiple Accounts to obtain additional Points or benefits may be treated as misuse.
8.2 We may merge duplicate Accounts where we reasonably determine they relate to the same patient. In doing so, we may also adjust Points to prevent duplication of benefits.
8.3 We may suspend or terminate a patient’s participation and/or Points balance where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, abusive behaviour towards staff, or conduct that undermines the Rewards Program’s integrity.
9. Changes to the Rewards Program
9.1 We may change the earn rates, redemption value, eligibility rules, exclusions, or Rewards Program features at any time, acting reasonably and with appropriate notice where practicable.
9.2 If we discontinue the Rewards Program, we will take reasonable steps to notify participants and provide guidance on the redemption of Points, subject to law and system constraints.
10. Privacy
Participation in the Rewards Program involves collection and use of personal information to administer the Rewards Program, allocate Points, and verify eligibility. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

System outages or errors that delay Points allocation or redemption

App store or device issues affecting visibility of Points
-
Loss arising from unauthorised access to a patient’s email or phone where that access enables account misuse (unless caused by our breach)
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contour Clinics “Subscribe to Win 100,000 Rewards Points” monthly giveaway (Promotion). The Promotion is administered by Contour Clinics.
By subscribing through the Promotion mechanism, or by remaining subscribed to Contour Clinics marketing communications during a Draw Month, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Promoter

2. Promotion
Eligible subscribers will go into the monthly draw to win 100,000 Contour Rewards Points (Prize). The Prize is equivalent to $1,000 in Rewards value when redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Contour Clinics Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion runs monthly. One (1) winner will be selected each calendar month (Draw Month). The draw for each Draw Month will be conducted on the last business day of that month, in Sydney, NSW.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter and win, you must satisfy each of clauses 4(a), 4(b) and 4(c) below at the time of the draw for the relevant Draw Month.
(a) you are an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
(b) you are subscribed to receive Contour Clinics email marketing communications, and you are not unsubscribed, suppressed, bounced, or otherwise marked as unable to receive marketing email; and
(c) you satisfy at least one (1) of the following engagement criteria, as recorded against your subscriber profile in our marketing systems:
(i) you have opened or clicked at least one (1) Contour Clinics marketing email in the ninety (90) days prior to the draw date;
(ii) you have a website visit to contourclinics.com.au recorded against your subscriber profile in the thirty (30) days prior to the draw date; or
(iii) you have submitted the Promotion subscription form at contourclinics.com.au/subscribe-to-win/ at any time, and remain subscribed at the draw date.
No purchase is required to enter.
Engagement and website-visit data is captured by our marketing platform (Klaviyo) against identified subscriber profiles only. Anonymous browsing activity that has not been associated with a subscriber profile will not satisfy clause 4(c)(ii).
Contour Clinics may verify eligibility at any time, including by reference to engagement data recorded in our marketing systems, and may request information reasonably necessary to confirm a winner’s eligibility (including residency and age).
5. How to enter
(a) Entry is automatic. Subscribers who satisfy clause 4 at the time of the draw are entered into the draw for that Draw Month.
(b) Limit of one (1) entry per person per Draw Month.
(c) Multiple entries created using multiple email addresses, phone numbers, identities, or accounts may be treated as a single entry, or may be treated as invalid at our reasonable discretion.
(d) Employees of Contour Clinics and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter or win.
6. Draw and winner selection
(a) One (1) winner will be selected at random each Draw Month from all eligible entrants.
(b) Winner selection will be conducted using a cryptographically secure method of random selection. Contour Clinics will retain a record of the draw including the eligible pool size, draw timestamp, and selected entry, for audit purposes.
(c) At the time of the original draw, Contour Clinics may also draw up to four (4) reserve entrants, ranked in the order drawn. The reserves will only be contacted if a redraw is required under clause 7.
7. Winner notification, claiming the Prize, and redraw
(a) The winner will be notified via email using the email address recorded on their subscriber profile, within five (5) business days of the draw date.
(b) To claim the Prize, the winner must respond to the notification email and provide the information reasonably required by Contour Clinics to verify eligibility and credit the Prize, within seven (7) calendar days of the date the notification email is sent (Response Window).
(c) If, at the expiry of the Response Window, the winner has not responded, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible under clause 4, or declines the Prize, Contour Clinics may redraw and offer the Prize to the highest-ranked available reserve entrant drawn under clause 6(c).
(d) The redraw process under clause 7(c) may be repeated through the reserves in order until the Prize is claimed or the reserves are exhausted, after which Contour Clinics may conduct an additional draw, defer the Prize to a future Draw Month, or close the Draw Month without a winner, acting reasonably.
(e) Each contact attempt and outcome will be recorded in the audit log for the Draw Month.
8. Prize issuing and use of Points
(a) The Prize will be credited as 100,000 Contour Rewards Points to the winner’s Contour Clinics account (or to a new account created in the winner’s verified name and contact details).
(b) Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash, have no cash equivalent, and are non-transferable.
(c) The Prize may only be used by the winner on their account.
(d) Rewards Points cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases or appointments.
9. Redemption scope and exclusions
(a) The Prize Rewards Points may be redeemed only on:
(i) Ilumaé products; and
(ii) eligible non-prescription skin services, as determined by Contour Clinics at the time of redemption.
(b) The Prize Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for:
(i) services involving prescription-only medicines;
(ii) surgical procedures;
(iii) gift cards; or
(iv) any other item we designate as excluded at our reasonable discretion to meet legal, safety, clinical, or operational requirements.
10. Consultation and clinical suitability
Where a service is redeemed using Prize Rewards Points, redemption remains subject to consultation, informed consent and a clinical suitability assessment by an appropriate Contour Clinics clinician. Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee that any particular service will be offered or provided. Where a clinician identifies a contraindication or clinical concern, an alternative eligible service of equivalent scope may be offered, or the redemption may be deferred.
11. Expiry
Prize Rewards Points expire 12 months from the date they are credited to the winner’s account. Expired Points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
12. Misuse, fraud and verification
(a) Contour Clinics may, acting reasonably, refuse to award the Prize, void Prize Rewards Points, or reverse a redemption where we suspect misuse, fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the Promotion.
(b) Contour Clinics may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, and Australian residency from any winner before the Prize is credited. Where a winner does not provide that evidence within the Response Window, the winner may be treated as ineligible under clause 7(c).
13. Changes, suspension and cancellation
Contour Clinics may amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the Promotion or any element of it where reasonably necessary, including to correct errors, address misuse, or meet legal, safety, clinical, or operational requirements. Where a change materially disadvantages a participant, we will work with that participant to provide an appropriate resolution, consistent with Australian Consumer Law. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions take effect from the date the updated version is published on contourclinics.com.au, and apply prospectively to draws conducted on or after that date.
14. Privacy
Participation in the Promotion involves the collection and use of personal information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, notify the winner, and credit the Prize. 15. General
(a) By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Contour Clinics Rewards Program Terms & Conditions (where applicable).
(b) If there is any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the Rewards Program Terms, these Promotion Terms apply to the extent of the inconsistency for the Prize.
(c) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
(d) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
