The Enlargement Procedure

Watch our Medical Director, Dr Josh Wall, walk through the penis enlargement consultation and treatment process at Contour Clinics. Most appointments take less than an hour. During this time, our priority is to provide a professional experience where your safety, comfort and informed decision-making come first.

Penis Enlargement Cost in Sydney and Brisbane

The cost of penis enlargement varies depending on the individual and the specific approach recommended after consultation. At Contour Clinics, no two patients are the same, which is why pricing is tailored to your personal goals, anatomy, and treatment plan.

When you meet with one of our doctors, we will discuss options for non-surgical penis enlargement, along with factors that influence pricing including the amount of product required, the complexity of the procedure, and your desired outcomes.

Our priority is transparency. You will receive a detailed quote during your consultation so you can make an informed decision with all costs outlined before proceeding.

Prices

All consultations are performed by Dr Josh Wall or Dr Gavin Scriven.

Understanding your Treatment How does Penis Enlargement work?

Penis enlargement at Contour Clinics is a non-surgical procedure performed under local anaesthetic in our medical-grade facilities in Sydney and Brisbane. Each treatment begins with a confidential consultation where your concerns are discussed and a personalised plan is created.

What to expect

During your consultation, your doctor will talk through the different options for enhancing girth and symmetry. The procedure is performed in a sterile environment, with a focus on precision and safety. Treatment is tailored to your anatomy and goals, and every step is designed to ensure informed decision-making.

Areas of discussion

Many men choose to explore not only girth but also proportion, volume, and overall balance. Some also raise questions around sensitivity or function, which can be discussed during your appointment. Your doctor will outline the considerations, potential risks, and expected recovery so you know what to anticipate.

Safety and standards

All procedures are carried out in purpose-built clinical facilities with strict infection control. At Contour Clinics, patient safety, hygiene, and confidentiality are the foundation of every treatment. With thousands of enlargement procedures performed by Dr Josh Wall and Dr Gavin Scriven over the past decade, you can be confident the process is doctor-led and carefully managed.

Glans Enhancement (Head of Penis)

Consultation can discuss volume being placed into the head of the glans with an aim to increase size and decrease head of the penis sensation. This is particularly specific for those who experience premature ejaculation.

Volume placed into the glans may result in pressure on the small nerves carrying the sensation of sexual pleasure. This can in some cases result in prolonged times prior to ejaculation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this procedure for?

A Contour Clinics penis enlargement is suitable for men of all ages, backgrounds and with all shapes and sizes of penis. If you’re just after a little more confidence in the size and aesthetic appearance of your penis, this treatment could be the boost you need.

Our treatment is suitable for men who:

  • Want a thicker, more impressive penis
  • Are unhappy with their penile shape
  • Want to show more when not aroused. That is go from a ‘grower to a shower’
  • Want to impress and please their sexual partners

Glans dermal filler is perfect for those who want to increase the size of the head of their penis, or significantly improve premature ejaculation. Reducing sensitivity of the glans by expertly placing dermal filler to dull glans sensation is the MOST effective long term option in treating premature ejaculation.

Who is suitable for this procedure?

To be suitable for a Contour Clinics penis enlargement procedure you must be

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Fit and healthy. If you’re suffering from any serious health conditions, this procedure should be avoided.
  • Have reasonable expectations of what can be achieved with this procedure.

Also, if you have a history of sensitivity to the product used, are immunodeficient, or have diabetes you should mention these to your Contour Clinics enlargement doctor prior to proceeding with any procedure.

What if I’ve already had a penis enlargement? Can I have it redone?

That’s ok, just let your enlargement doctor know during your initial consultation. Other penis enlargement procedures may in many cases be supplemented with a non-surgical penis enlargement.

What if I'm circumcised/not circumcised?

Whether you’re circumcised or not does not matter for this procedure.

Can this treatment correct Peyronies?

If you suffer from curvature of the penis caused by the buildup of scar tissue, this treatment can help improve symmetry. However, volumising penis enlargements are not the treatment of choice for Peyronies.

Severe Peyronies will require consultation with a urologist for surgical correction.

Can volume to the glans (Head of the penis) help with premature ejaculation?

Volume placed in he glans can increase glans size, and may improve lasting power in the bedroom.

Studies show improvements in premature ejaculation. See below.

You can read more about the studies here:

Will my penis function normally afterwards?

All medical procedures carry risk. The risk as it relates to your unique circumstances will be discussed at your comprehensive consultation.

Your Contour Clinics penis enlargement should have no detrimental impact on your erection, sensation or orgasm. Your erections should feel just as firm.

Expectations as they relate to your unique circumstances should be discussed with your Contour Clinics doctor.

Are penis enlargement procedures safe?

Any medical procedure carries potential risks, and penis enlargement is no exception. At Contour Clinics, safety and hygiene are prioritised at every step, with treatments carried out in purpose-built, medical-grade facilities.

During your consultation, your doctor will discuss the procedure in detail, including how the treatment is performed, the expected recovery process, and the potential risks or side effects. You will also be informed about what follow-up care is available and what can be done in the rare event that further management is required.

It is important to understand that outcomes vary from person to person. The consultation is your opportunity to ask questions, review what options may be appropriate, and gain a clear understanding of both the benefits and limitations before making a decision.

What are the potential complications?

Complications from this procedure are rare, but you may experience:

  • Bruising and tenderness – while this varies patient to patient, most will see some form of bruising within a few days of treatment.
  • Swelling – Mild to moderate swelling typically can last anywhere from 1-10 days.
  • Assymetry – Rarely, you may find parts that are not completely symmetrical. If this occurs your doctor will review in your follow up sessions and correct where required. Due to impossible to identify natural tissue bands under the skin, perfect symmetry may not be achieved in your initial treatment session. This is why we chose to provide a complimentary review at 1 week post procedure to top up any asymmetry as required.
  • Granulomas – The possible hardening of product forming a lump. These are rare and are thought to be due to an autoimmune reaction. This has never been reported in the penis, but occurs for dermal fillers in the face at a rate of 1:5000.
  • Infection – We perform all procedures in our medical grade facilities with a focus on hygeine, safety and sterility. All of our patients are placed on prophylactic antibiotics to reduce the risk of infection occurring.

Can volume used in penis enlargements migrate?

There is no evidence filler migrates when placed in the correct anatomical layer during a penis enlargement procedure.

The cohesive nature of the product placed means it has a tendency to stay where it is placed and its elastic nature means it can withstand the significant shear forces involved in intimate encounters.

Whilst product can be moulded for the first 2 weeks post procedure (actually helpful as it allows smoothing of bumps), it then integrates slowly with the penile tissue to become fixed in place.

Will I have lumps and bumps after my penis enlargement procedure?

It is possible for small irregularities to occur after any medical procedure, including penis enlargement. However, refinements in technique over recent years have reduced how commonly this is seen.

At Contour Clinics, your doctor will discuss aftercare instructions and schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress. These steps are designed to help ensure the product is settling evenly and to address any concerns early.

Every patient responds differently, and outcomes can vary. The consultation and follow-up process are the best opportunities to review your result and make sure you are comfortable with how the treatment is progressing.

Does penis enlargement at Contour Clinics hurt?

Experiences vary from person to person. Your Contour Clinics doctor will explain expected discomfort levels as they relate to your unique circumstances. Most patients do not experience any discomfort or pain during the procedure. Local anaesthetic is applied to the base of the penis, which numbs the entire penis for the duration of the procedure. The procedure is then performed without discomfort for the patient.

What happens during my penis enlargement consultation?

The biggest challenge most men have getting a penis enlargement isn’t actually the procedure itself – it’s having the courage to make that first contact.

We’re here with you 100% of the way. Our team has helped many men find their confidence. We understand just how difficult it can be to open up about something so personal and therefore recognise the importance of discretion.

Your initial consultation with our doctors will give you every opportunity to ask questions about the treatment, the results you can expect and anything else on your mind. He’ll assess and discuss the treatment options suitable for you based on your unique circumstances.

What happens after my penis enlargement procedure?

Most men are able to return to work or normal daily activities soon after their penis enlargement procedure. Your doctor will apply a dressing to the area to help minimise swelling, and you will be advised on how long this should remain in place.

In the first couple of weeks, the treated area may feel slightly firm or uneven. Gentle aftercare, including following your doctor’s instructions on massage or monitoring, can assist with achieving an even result.

Sexual activity, including intercourse and masturbation, should generally be avoided for at least one week after the procedure. Your doctor will provide specific guidance tailored to your situation.

It is also important to follow all medical advice regarding medications and supplements both before and after treatment. Certain substances, including blood thinners and some over-the-counter or herbal products, may increase the risk of bruising or bleeding. Your doctor will discuss this with you during your consultation.

When can I return to sexual activity after my penis enlargement procedure?

You may return to sexual activity 1 week post procedure. This is allow injection points to heal and reduce the risk of infection.

When will I see results from my penis enlargement?

Some men notice changes immediately after their procedure. In the following weeks, the treatment area continues to settle and adjust, and the final appearance becomes clearer over time.

It is important to remember that every individual heals differently and outcomes vary. Follow-up appointments are scheduled so your doctor can review progress and ensure the treatment is settling as expected.

How much bigger will I be after penis enlargement with dermal fillers?

All patients are different. Results as they relate to your unique circumstances will be discussed during your complimentary consultation. The size increase is directly proportional to the amount of volume placed.

As a guide, size improvements are roughly:

  • Small volumes – Flaccid girth 1 inch
  • Moderate volumes – Flaccid girth 1.3-1.5 inches
  • Significant volumes – Flaccid girth 1.6-1.8 inches

Results very much depend on your baseline size. The longer the penis at baseline, the more volume required to give improvements in girth.

How long will my results last after penis enlargement?

The longevity of penis enlargement results varies between individuals. Factors such as your metabolism, lifestyle, and the type of treatment chosen all play a role in how long the outcome is maintained.

Some men notice changes that last several years, while others choose to return for additional treatments earlier. In many cases, follow-up visits are not due to the treatment “wearing off,” but rather because the patient wishes to explore further enhancement.

During your consultation, your doctor will provide guidance tailored to your circumstances, including how long results may reasonably be expected to last and when a review might be appropriate.

How quickly can I get a follow up treatment?

We recommend 4 weeks wait between treatments.

Where will the volume be placed for my penis enlargement?

The parts of your penis that fill up with blood when you get an erection are the paired Corpus Cavernosa. These two erectile organs sit on top of the urethra, which itself is surrounded by expansile erectile tissue. All three vital pieces of equipment are wrapped up by a piece of connective tissue known as the deep fascia (otherwise known as Buck’s fascia). Closer to the skin’s surface you have a second fascia known as the superficial fascia.

Think of these fasciae as layers of cling wrap. One wraps around the erectile tissue (the corpora and urethra) and the other sticks to the skin. In between the fascia lies a layer of loose areolar tissue or fat.

It’s in this layer of fat that our senior Doctors will carefully place volume with a tailored delivery instrument known as a cannula.

Can I get a bigger glans/head?

Some men choose to discuss treatment of the glans during their consultation. This option is generally considered for those seeking changes in size or appearance, or for patients who have questions about sensitivity and performance.

Your doctor will explain what the procedure may involve, the potential risks and limitations, and what current research in sexual health medicine has shown. Not all patients are suitable, and outcomes vary, which is why a private consultation is essential before considering this type of treatment.
