Your existing appointments are safe and confirmed
All appointments made before 13th October have been safely transitioned to the new system and remain confirmed. No action is needed on your part – your booking is secure.
Our online booking will look different
Once the new system goes live, the booking experience will look and feel a little different. You can still find it through the BOOK NOW buttons on our website, but the design and layout have been upgraded and simplified to make scheduling appointments easier.
The current Contour Clinics app is being retired
The Contour Clinics app will no longer function from 13th October. Although it may remain visible in the App Store or Google Play for a short period, we recommend deleting the existing app now. A new Contour Clinics app, built around the improved booking system, will launch soon with faster and more intuitive features. We’ll keep you updated on the launch date.
You may notice some temporary changes
As we transition to the new system, you may notice small changes or brief interruptions to the online booking experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this upgrade.
Phone bookings are always available
If you experience any issues with the new online booking system or prefer to speak with someone directly, you can continue to book or manage appointments by calling our friendly team on 1300 233 803. Phone bookings remain completely unchanged.
As part of the system upgrade, Contour Clinics will introduce a $100 deposit requirement for all new appointment bookings made on or after 13th October.
