Rewards is built into the Contour Clinics app.
When you make eligible purchases in clinic, points are added to your account automatically.
You can then choose to redeem points at checkout on a future appointment.
Rewards applies to eligible in clinic purchases and services processed through our in clinic system. Ilumaé purchases made online are not eligible for points.
Points have a simple value: 1 point = 1 cent.
Rewards make it easy to get value back over time, with points you can redeem on a future in clinic appointment.

Points are redeemed at checkout on a future in clinic transaction.
Points apply as a dollar value. 1 point = 1 cent.
Our team can view your points balance at checkout.
You can choose how many points to redeem, up to your available balance.
You can view your points balance and history in the Contour Clinics app or when you log in to your account online. This includes points earned and points redeemed, so you can keep track over time.
You don’t need to sign up for Rewards – points accrue automatically on eligible in clinic spend and can be redeemed at checkout in clinic.
Points do not expire.
The maximum balance is 500,000 points (maximum $5,000 value held).
Rewards applies to eligible in clinic transactions processed in clinic at checkout.
