What Is The Booking Deposit And Why Are You Introducing It?
A $75 deposit will secure standard bookings from 9 February 2026. It helps keep appointment availability fair and reduces last-minute gaps, while respecting clinician time.

An appointment booked for treatment that is not part of a Skin Membership or pre-purchased package.
No. The deposit is credited towards the cost of your appointment when you attend.
When Do I Pay The Deposit?
You’ll pay the deposit at the time of booking to confirm and secure your appointment.
What Happens If I Need To Reschedule My Appointment?
Outside 48 hours, your deposit transfers to your new appointment. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
What Happens If I Cancel My Appointment?
Outside 48 hours, your deposit is refunded. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
What Happens If I Cancel Or Reschedule Within 48 Hours?
Your deposit is forfeited.
What Happens If I Don’t Attend (No-Show)?
Your deposit is forfeited.
How Do Deposits Work For Complimentary Consultations?
Your deposit secures your booking. If you attend and decide not to proceed with treatment, the deposit is refunded.
Do Deposits Apply for Follow-Up or Membership Appointments?

How Long Do Refunds Take?
We initiate refunds immediately which are then processed via Stripe and can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
What Happens If Contour Clinics Cancels Or Reschedules My Appointment?
Your deposit is refunded (or transferred if you prefer).
Do Deposits Apply To Memberships Or Pre-Purchased Packages?
No deposit is required when booking within membership inclusions or pre-purchased package inclusions.
I Booked Before 9 February 2026. Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?
No. Appointments booked prior to 9 February 2026 will be honoured under the previous booking arrangement. Deposits apply to new bookings made from 9 February onward.

What are Contour Clinics Rewards?
A loyalty program where you earn points on eligible in-clinic spend and redeem them on a future visit.
What do points mean in dollars?
1 point = 1 cent ($0.01).
How do I earn points on treatments and services?
You earn 1 point per $1 spent on treatments and services processed in-clinic.
How do I earn points on Ilumaé purchases in clinic?
On eligible Ilumaé products purchased in clinic, you earn 2 points per $1.
Can I earn or redeem points on Ilumaé online store orders?
Not at the moment.
How do I redeem points?
Redeem points at checkout on a future in-clinic transaction. Points apply as a dollar value.
Do points expire?
Points do not currently expire.
Is there a maximum points balance?
Yes. The maximum balance is 500,000 points (maximum $5,000 value held).
