From 9 February 2026, we’re introducing two updates, designed to keep bookings fair, reduce last-minute gaps, and make it easier to recognise loyal patients over time.

  • A $75 booking deposit to secure standard appointments – credited to your visit when you attend.
  • Contour Clinics Rewards lets you earn points on eligible in-clinic spend and redeem them on a future visit.
  • Effective at all Sydney and Brisbane clinics from 9 February 2026.

Contour Clinics Rewards

Contour Clinics Rewards is our new loyalty program.

Earn points when you spend on treatments and Ilumaé products with us, then redeem points at checkout on a future in-clinic visit.

Rewards points on Ilumaé purchases are eligible only for products purchased in clinic, not online.

Contour Clinics Rewards are our way of recognising loyal patients – earn points on eligible in clinic spend and use them to reduce the cost of a future visit.

How To Earn Points

Treatments And Services

  • Earn rate: 1 point per $1 spent
  • Value: 1 point = $0.01
  • Earn 1c back for every $1 spent on treatments and services.
  • Example: Spend $500, earn 500 points, worth $5.

Ilumaé Purchases In Clinic

  • Earn rate: 2 points per $1 spent
  • Value: 1 point = $0.01
  • Earn 2c back for every $1 spent on Ilumaé in clinic.
  • Example: Spend $250, earn 500 points, worth $5.

How to Redeem Points

  • Points are redeemed at checkout on a future in clinic transaction.
  • Points apply as a dollar value (because 1 point = 1 cent).
  • Our team can view your balance in your account at checkout.
  • You can track your points balance and history in the Contour Clinics

You don’t need to do anything extra. Points accrue automatically from 9 February 2026 on eligible in clinic spend and can be redeemed at checkout in clinic.

New Booking Deposits Policy

  • From 9 February 2026, all standard bookings will require a $75 deposit.
  • This deposit helps us manage appointment availability fairly, protect clinician time, and reduce last-minute gaps that prevent other patients from being seen.
  • This policy applies to all Contour Clinics’ locations in Sydney and Brisbane.

Important: Appointments booked before 9 February 2026 will be honoured under the previous booking arrangement. The deposit applies to new bookings made from 9 February onward.

How The Deposit Works

  • The $75 deposit is credited towards your appointment cost when you attend. It is not an extra fee.
  • If you reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled time:
  • Reschedule: your deposit transfers to the new appointment
  • Cancel: your deposit is refunded to the original payment method

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time:

  • Cancel or reschedule: deposit is forfeited
  • No-show: deposit is forfeited
    Clinic-initiated changes

If we cancel or reschedule due to clinician/clinic availability, your deposit is refunded (or transferred if the patient prefers).

Complimentary Consultations

For complimentary consultations, the deposit applies to secure the booking.

  • If you attend and choose not to proceed with treatment, your deposit is refunded.
  • If you proceed with treatment, your deposit is handled in line with your appointment charges (credited as applicable).

Exclusions
No deposit is required when purchasing:

  • Memberships
  • Pre-purchased packages

If We Need To Change Your Appointment
If Contour Clinics cancels or reschedules due to clinician or clinic availability, your deposit will be refunded (or transferred if you prefer).

How Do Deposits Work For Complimentary Consultations?

Your deposit secures your booking. If you attend and decide not to proceed with treatment, the deposit is refunded.

Do Deposits Apply for Follow-Up or Membership Appointments?

How Long Do Refunds Take?

We initiate refunds immediately which are then processed via Stripe and can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

What Happens If Contour Clinics Cancels Or Reschedules My Appointment?

Your deposit is refunded (or transferred if you prefer).

Do Deposits Apply To Memberships Or Pre-Purchased Packages?

No deposit is required when booking within membership inclusions or pre-purchased package inclusions.

I Booked Before 9 February 2026. Do I Need To Pay A Deposit?

No. Appointments booked prior to 9 February 2026 will be honoured under the previous booking arrangement. Deposits apply to new bookings made from 9 February onward.
