Welcome Back Rewards Offer
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contour Clinics Welcome Back Rewards Offer (Offer). The Offer is available to selected patients only and is provided at Contour Clinics’ discretion.
1) Offer
Eligible patients will receive $200 in Contour Rewards Points credited to their Contour Clinics account (Rewards Points).
2) Eligibility
The Offer is available to selected patients who:
- have not attended an appointment at any Contour Clinics location since 31 January 2024; and
- are opted in to receive marketing communications via the channel used to deliver the Offer at the time the communication is sent.
If you did not receive this Offer directly from Contour Clinics, you may not be eligible.
Contour Clinics may verify eligibility at any time.
3) Minimum spend requirement
To redeem Rewards Points under this Offer, the patient must spend a minimum of $299 in a single transaction (Minimum Spend).
- The Minimum Spend is calculated before Rewards Points are applied.
- If the Minimum Spend is not met, Rewards Points cannot be redeemed in that transaction.
4) Rewards Points expiry
Rewards Points issued under this Offer expire 12 months from the date they are credited to the patient’s account. Expired Rewards Points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
5) How to redeem
Rewards Points can be redeemed:
- at any Contour Clinics location; and
- by requesting redemption at checkout, where Rewards Points will be applied to the invoice total.
Rewards Points cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases or appointments.
6) Exclusions
Unless Contour Clinics states otherwise:
- Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash, have no cash equivalent, and are non-transferable.
- Rewards Points may only be used by the eligible patient/account holder.
- Rewards Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Rewards Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, credits, or promotions where prohibited by Contour Clinics (as determined at the time of redemption).
7) Limit of one per patient
Limit of one (1) Offer per eligible patient. Duplicate credits issued in error may be reversed.
8) Account access and visibility
Rewards Points will appear in the patient’s Rewards balance, including within the Contour Clinics app where available. Patients are responsible for ensuring their account details (including email and mobile number) are accurate.
9) Changes, errors and cancellation
Contour Clinics reserves the right to withdraw, vary, or cancel the Offer at any time in its discretion, including to correct errors or reverse Rewards Points applied in error or where misuse is suspected.
10) General
By participating in the Offer, patients agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Contour Clinics general Terms and Conditions.
Contour Clinics Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 9 February 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contour Clinics Rewards Program (the Rewards Program) operated by Contour Clinics. By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms.
Contour Clinics may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website.
1. Definitions

Contour Clinics, we, us, our means Contour Clinics and its related entities operating participating clinic locations.

Rewards Program means the loyalty program under which eligible patients can earn and redeem points.
-
Points means rewards points recorded on a patient profile within our systems.
-
Eligible Spend means qualifying spend that earns Points under these Terms.
-
Eligible Transaction means a completed, paid transaction for Eligible Spend.
-
Account means a patient profile within our booking and payment systems.
-
App means the Contour Clinics mobile app (where Points balance and history may be visible).
2. Program overview
The Rewards Program allows eligible patients to:

Earn Points on Eligible Spend; and
-
Redeem Points on future eligible purchases at participating Contour Clinics locations, subject to these Terms.
Points:
-
Are not cash
-
Have no cash value outside of the Rewards Program
-
Cannot be transferred between patients/accounts
-
Cannot be sold, assigned, or exchanged for cash
3. Eligibility and enrolment
3.1 The Rewards Program is available to patients of Contour Clinics with an Account.
3.2 We may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation where required by law, for suspected misuse, or where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the integrity of the Rewards Program.
3.3 Participation is personal to the patient and is linked to the patient’s Account details (for example, name, email, and/or mobile number). Patients should ensure their details are accurate to avoid Points being allocated incorrectly.
4. Earning Points
4.1 Points are earned on Eligible Spend processed through our systems at participating locations.
4.2 Points are generally earned only when an Eligible Transaction is paid and completed.
4.3 Earn rates:

Treatments and services: 1 Point per $1 spent (AUD)
-
Ilumaé products purchased in-clinic: 2 Points per $1 spent (AUD)
4.4 Points value:
-
1 Point = $0.01 (one cent) when redeemed (AUD).
4.5 Points are typically added to an Account shortly after an Eligible Transaction is completed. Processing times may vary.
4.6 Exclusions from Eligible Spend
Points are not earned on:
-
Deposits (including booking deposits)
-
Membership fees or membership-based appointments
-
Gift cards or vouchers (purchase of gift cards)
-
Refunds, reversals, voided transactions, or chargebacks
-
Tips, third-party charges, or non-clinic charges (where applicable)
-
Any other item we designate as excluded at our reasonable discretion
5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Points may be redeemed at checkout to reduce the amount payable on eligible purchases, subject to these Terms and system availability.
5.2 Redemption is subject to:
-
The patient having sufficient Points available; and
-
The transaction including eligible items.
5.3 Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or applied to past purchases.
5.4 We may set minimum redemption amounts, maximum redemption limits per transaction, or other safeguards to protect the integrity of the Rewards Program.
5.5 Redemption exclusions
Points cannot be redeemed against:

Deposits (including booking deposits)
-
Membership fees
-
Gift cards (purchase of gift cards)
-
Transactions that are fully discounted or $0 payable
-
Any other item we designate as excluded at our reasonable discretion
6. Adjustments, refunds and reversals
6.1 If an Eligible Transaction is refunded (in whole or in part), we may adjust the Points earned on that transaction accordingly, including reversing Points that were awarded.
6.2 If Points were redeemed on a transaction that is later refunded, we may:

Re-credit Points to the Account to the extent permitted by our systems and the nature of the refund; or
-
Adjust Points balances to reflect the refund.
6.3 Where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, account duplication, or system error, we may delay Points allocation, reverse Points, or suspend redemption while we investigate.
7. Points balance, visibility and no expiry
7.1 Points balances and history may be visible in the App or via staff assistance in-clinic.
7.2 Points do not expire.
7.3 If you believe your Points balance is incorrect, you must notify us within a reasonable time. We may request supporting information (for example, receipt details) to investigate.
8. Account integrity and misuse
8.1 Each patient should maintain one Account. Creating multiple Accounts to obtain additional Points or benefits may be treated as misuse.
8.2 We may merge duplicate Accounts where we reasonably determine they relate to the same patient. In doing so, we may also adjust Points to prevent duplication of benefits.
8.3 We may suspend or terminate a patient’s participation and/or Points balance where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, abusive behaviour towards staff, or conduct that undermines the Rewards Program’s integrity.
9. Changes to the Rewards Program
9.1 We may change the earn rates, redemption value, eligibility rules, exclusions, or Rewards Program features at any time, acting reasonably and with appropriate notice where practicable.
9.2 If we discontinue the Rewards Program, we will take reasonable steps to notify participants and provide guidance on the redemption of Points, subject to law and system constraints.
10. Privacy
Participation in the Rewards Program involves collection and use of personal information to administer the Rewards Program, allocate Points, and verify eligibility. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

System outages or errors that delay Points allocation or redemption
-
App store or device issues affecting visibility of Points
-
Loss arising from unauthorised access to a patient’s email or phone where that access enables account misuse (unless caused by our breach)
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Schedule A: Rewards Bonus Boost Promotion Terms (February 2026)
The following promotional terms apply in addition to the Rewards Program Terms above.
A1. Promotion name

9 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 (inclusive), Sydney time.
A3. Bonus Points offer
Eligible patients will receive 5,000 Points (equivalent to $50 in rewards value) when they meet the eligibility criteria during the Promotion period.
A4. Eligibility criteria
To receive the bonus Points, the patient must:

Have an appointment booked on or after 9 February 2026; and
-
Attend an appointment during the Promotion period; and
-
Have a minimum spend of $299 (AUD) on the attended visit (paid and completed transaction).
A5. Exclusions
The Promotion does not apply to:

Follow-up appointments

Membership-based appointments
A6. Awarding of bonus Points

Bonus Points are applied after checkout so they are available for redemption on a future visit.

Bonus Points are typically applied on the day of attendance. Timing may vary due to processing.
A7. Limit

One (1) Bonus Boost per patient during the Promotion period.
A8. Prize draw
One eligible patient will receive 50,000 Points (equivalent to $500 in rewards value).

Each eligible attended appointment that meets the Promotion criteria counts as one entry.
-
The draw will occur on 2 March 2026 (Sydney time).
-
The winner will be notified directly using the contact details on their Account.
-
If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, we may redraw.
A9. Adjustments and refunds
If an Eligible Transaction is refunded (in whole or in part), Contour Clinics may adjust or reverse any Points awarded (including bonus Points) in connection with that transaction.
A10. Changes to the Promotion
Contour Clinics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary (including to address system errors, misuse, or operational constraints).
Valentine’s Day Gift Card Telegram and 10% Thank You Offer (February 2026)
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Contour Clinics Valentine’s Day campaign offering a complimentary “Telegram” message with purchase of a Gift Card, and a 10% thank you discount on one future treatment.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1) Promoter
The promoter is Contour Clinics Pty Ltd (ABN 58645447365), trading as Contour Clinics of 1/222 King Street, Newtown NSW 2042 (“Contour Clinics”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2) Offer period
2.1 Complimentary Gift Card Telegrams are available from 1 February 2026 to 14 February 2026 inclusive (“Telegram Period”).
2.2 Fresh roses are available in clinic from 7 February 2026 to 14 February 2026 inclusive, while stocks last (“Rose Period”).
2.3 The 10% thank you discount must be redeemed on an eligible treatment that is booked and received by 31 May 2026 (“Redemption Deadline”).
3) Eligibility
3.1 This offer is available to individuals aged 18 years or over.
3.2 The offer is available at participating Contour Clinics locations in Australia, subject to appointment availability.
3.3 We may refuse redemption where we reasonably believe the promotion has been misused or where eligibility requirements have not been met.
4) Offer details
4.1 During the Telegram Period, customers who purchase a Contour Clinics Gift Card may send a complimentary Valentine’s Telegram message (a “Telegram”).
4.2 After sending a Telegram, the purchaser will receive a “10% thank you” offer providing 10% off one eligible treatment at a future appointment, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 Telegrams may be sent to yourself or to someone else. The 10% thank you discount is issued to the purchaser (not the recipient), unless we state otherwise in writing.
4.4 Telegrams can be sent online during the Telegram Period, and may also be available in clinic via QR code during the applicable dates stated on the landing page and in-clinic materials (where offered).
5) How to redeem the 10% thank you
5.1 To redeem the 10% thank you discount, the purchaser must present the Gift Card Telegram purchase confirmation email (or other proof of purchase we accept) at the time of payment.
5.2 The discount may be redeemed once per client only.
5.3 The discount is valid on the purchaser’s next eligible treatment appointment only, and cannot be banked for later use.
5.4 The eligible treatment must be booked and received by the Redemption Deadline.
5.5 The discount is not automatically applied. If the purchaser does not mention the offer and present proof of purchase at checkout, the discount may not be applied.
6) Minimum spend
6.1 A minimum spend of $299 applies. This is calculated on eligible treatment charges only, in a single transaction, on a single invoice, before the discount is applied.
6.2 If the minimum spend is not met, the discount will not apply.
7) Eligible and ineligible spend
7.1 The 10% thank you discount applies to eligible in-clinic treatment services only, as determined by us at the time of booking and/or payment.
7.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the following are excluded from the 10% thank you discount:
a) Gift cards, vouchers and eGift cards
b) Retail products (including Ilumaé and other skincare or cosmetic products)
c) Memberships, subscriptions, treatment plans and fees related to those programs
d) Prepaid packages or bundled courses of treatment
e) Deposits, cancellation fees, late fees, administration fees or payment processing fees
f) Any service or item already subject to another promotion, package price, staff price or discount
g) Any treatment or service your clinician advises is not clinically appropriate for you
h) Any treatment that cannot be promoted to the public under applicable Australian law or regulatory guidance
7.3 Specific treatments and services may be excluded on legal, safety or clinical grounds. Our clinicians and front desk team will confirm eligibility at the time of booking and/or payment.
8) Clinical appropriateness and consultations
8.1 All treatments remain subject to consultation, informed consent, and suitability assessment by an appropriate clinician.
8.2 Participation in this promotion does not guarantee you will be offered or receive any particular treatment. Treatment will only proceed where it is clinically appropriate and suitable for you.
8.3 Customers should not increase the amount or frequency of treatment solely to qualify for, or maximise, a discount.
9) Booking, rescheduling and cancellations
9.1 Appointments are subject to clinic and clinician availability.
9.2 Standard Contour Clinics rescheduling and cancellation policies apply. Please contact your clinic directly for details.
10) Gift Card terms
10.1 Gift Cards purchased as part of this campaign are subject to our standard Gift Card terms, including validity periods and redemption rules. Gift Cards are generally valid for 36 months from the time of purchase.
10.2 The 10% thank you discount is separate to the Gift Card value and does not increase, replace, or extend Gift Card validity.
11) Rose availability
11.1 Fresh roses are available during the Rose Period only, while stocks last.
11.2 Limit of one rose per patient visit.
11.3 We may substitute or withdraw the rose component where stock, supply, or operational constraints apply.
12) Transfers and use with other offers
12.1 The 10% thank you discount is not transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.
12.2 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, packages, vouchers, discounts or staff pricing, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
12.3 The discount is not redeemable for cash, credit notes, or refunds.
13) Refunds, changes and errors
13.1 Change-of-mind refunds are not available for Gift Card purchases (subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law).
13.2 We may, acting reasonably, amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where required by law, regulation or operational constraints.
13.3 If a genuine error is identified in the publication or application of this promotion, we may correct the error and will honour the offer to the extent required by law.
14) General
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. New South Wales
14.2 Updated Terms and Conditions will apply to participation occurring after the date they are published on our website.
Treatment Series Packages Terms and Conditions (January–February 2026)
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Contour Clinics Treatment Series Packages available for purchase between 1 January 2026 and 28 February 2026 (the Offer Period).
By purchasing a Treatment Series Package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1) Availability and eligibility

Treatment Series Packages are available to existing Contour Clinics patients only.

Packages are subject to availability and may vary by clinic and clinician.

Contour Clinics reserves the right to decline the sale of a package where it is not clinically appropriate, or where suitability requirements have not been met.
2) Consultation and suitability

All treatments are provided subject to consultation and suitability assessment.
-
For certain treatments (including CO2 Laser and Morpheus8), a consultation and assessment may be required prior to purchase if you have not been previously assessed or are not on an existing treatment plan for that treatment.
-
Pre-treatment preparation may be recommended by your clinician.
3) Purchase method and payment
-
Packages can be purchased by phone or in clinic only. Online purchase is not available during the Offer Period.
-
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
4) Redemption period
-
Treatment Series Packages must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date (the Redemption Period).
-
Any unused treatments or inclusions remaining after the Redemption Period will be forfeited and are not refundable or transferable (subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law).
5) Booking and appointment policies
-
Appointments are subject to clinic and clinician availability.
-
Standard Contour Clinics cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all bookings made under a package. Please contact your clinic directly for details.
6) Package inclusions
-
Inclusions are as specified at the time of purchase and in the package listing.
-
Each qualifying Treatment Series Package includes one Ilumaé 15ml Quartet, available while stocks last, one per package.
-
The Ilumaé 15ml Quartet must be collected in clinic.
-
If stock is unavailable at the time of collection, Contour Clinics may, at its discretion, offer collection at a later date. Substitutions are not guaranteed.
7) Clinician participation and treatment type exclusions
-
Some package options may exclude doctor-led services. Where a doctor-led option exists, participation is subject to clinician opt-in and availability.

Morpheus8 Treatment Series Packages exclude doctor-led Morpheus8 services.
-
Contour Clinics may substitute an appointment time, clinician, or location where operationally required, provided the service remains clinically appropriate.
8) Use with other offers and credits
-
Treatment Series Packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional voucher, or discount.
-
Contour Clinics gift cards may be used as a payment method for packages.
-
Contour Clinics credits and promotional credits are not permitted for package purchase. This includes (without limitation) bonus credits, refer-a-friend vouchers, and similar promotional credits.
9) Transfers

Treatment Series Packages are generally non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser, unless otherwise approved by Contour Clinics in writing.

Contour Clinics may request identification to confirm the package holder.
10) Refunds and changes
-
Please choose carefully. Change-of-mind refunds are not available after purchase.

This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Contour Clinics may cancel or vary a package offer if required due to circumstances outside its reasonable control (including clinical, staffing, supply, or operational reasons). Where a change materially disadvantages a patient, Contour Clinics will work with the patient to provide an appropriate resolution, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
11) Pricing and errors

Package pricing is fixed at the time of purchase.

If a genuine error is identified in package setup, pricing, or inclusions, Contour Clinics reserves the right to correct the error and provide the purchaser with the option to proceed under the corrected terms or receive a full refund, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
12) General

Contour Clinics may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions will apply to purchases made after the update.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian state or territory in which the relevant clinic is located.
Contour Clinics Birthday Credit

For example, if your treatment plan is $3,000, you will receive a $300 eGift Card.

Contour Clinics Refer a Friend Program
Contour Clinics’ “Refer a Friend” program rewards our loyal clients (“Referrers”) and their friends or family (“Referees”) with a $100 Contour Clinics Credit when a successful referral is made.
1. Eligibility

The Referrer must be an existing Contour Clinics client with an active account.

The Referee must be a new client who has never attended or booked at any Contour Clinics location.

Rewards are only issued when:
-
The Referee uses the Referrer’s unique referral code at the time of signing up to book.
-
The Referee completes and pays for their first eligible appointment, meeting the minimum spend of $299.

2. Rewards

The Referee will receive $100 instant credit, redeemable toward their first treatment, provided the minimum spend of $299 is met.

The Referrer will receive $100 credit once the Referee has attended and paid for their first eligible appointment.

Credits are:

Issued instantly upon qualifying actions.

Valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Redeemable for eligible treatments or products at any Contour Clinics location.

Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

3. No Referral Limit

There is no cap on how many friends or family members you can refer.

You will receive a $100 credit for every new client who books and pays for their first eligible appointment using your referral code.
4. Usage Restrictions

The Referee must meet the minimum spend of $299 on their first appointment to redeem their $100 instant credit.

Credits cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
5. Fraud & Fair Use
Contour Clinics reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover rewards if:

The referral is found to be fraudulent, self-referred, or does not meet the eligibility criteria.
-
The Referee cancels or fails to attend their first appointment.
-
The program is misused in a way that breaches our clinic policies.
