1. Promotion Period:
   This offer is valid from 18 April 2025 to 12 May 2025.

2. Eligibility:

• Bonus value applies only to eGift Cards purchased via the Contour Clinics app during the promotion period.

• Each customer is eligible to receive one (1) bonus gift card as part of this promotion.

• Offer is available to both new and existing customers.

3. Bonus Value Structure:
   The following bonus values will be applied automatically upon eligible purchase:

• Gift Cards (including bonus value) can be redeemed for eligible treatments and Ilumaé skincare products at any Contour Clinics location.

• Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

5. General Conditions:

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either wholly or in part.

• Bonus value is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless specified.

• If a purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid by the customer.

• Contour Clinics reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• In cases of suspected fraud or misuse, Contour Clinics may cancel the bonus value at its discretion.

• Only purchases made through the official Contour Clinics app qualify for the bonus value. Purchases made in-clinic, via phone, or through the website are excluded.

Ultimate Skin Membership Giveaway

1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid for new Ultimate Skin Membership or LED Light Therapy Membership sign-ups who complete their first in-clinic treatment between 1st April – 31st May 2025.

2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. To be eligible, the entrant must:

   • Sign up to either the Ultimate Skin Membership or LED Light Therapy Membership during the promotion period, and

   • Attend their first membership treatment at a Contour Clinics location within the same period.

3. How to Enter: Eligible members will be automatically entered into the draw after completing their first appointment in April or May 2025. No additional entry form is required.

4. Prizes: One (1) winner will be selected at random from each participating Contour Clinics location. Each winner will receive their selected Membership (Ultimate Skin or LED Light Therapy) free for 12 months, valued at up to $2,199 AUD.

5. Prize Redemption: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email by 7 June 2025. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6. General Conditions: Contour Clinics reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms without notice, subject to applicable laws.
