Treatment Series Packages Terms and Conditions (January–February 2026)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Contour Clinics Treatment Series Packages available for purchase between 1 January 2026 and 28 February 2026 (the Offer Period).

By purchasing a Treatment Series Package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1) Availability and eligibility

1. Treatment Series Packages are available to existing Contour Clinics patients only.

2. Packages are subject to availability and may vary by clinic and clinician.

3. Contour Clinics reserves the right to decline the sale of a package where it is not clinically appropriate, or where suitability requirements have not been met.

2) Consultation and suitability

1. All treatments are provided subject to consultation and suitability assessment.

2. For certain treatments (including CO2 Laser and Morpheus8), a consultation and assessment may be required prior to purchase if you have not been previously assessed or are not on an existing treatment plan for that treatment.

3. Pre-treatment preparation may be recommended by your clinician.

3) Purchase method and payment

1. Packages can be purchased by phone or in clinic only. Online purchase is not available during the Offer Period.

2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4) Redemption period

1. Treatment Series Packages must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date (the Redemption Period).

2. Any unused treatments or inclusions remaining after the Redemption Period will be forfeited and are not refundable or transferable (subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law).

5) Booking and appointment policies

1. Appointments are subject to clinic and clinician availability.

2. Standard Contour Clinics cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all bookings made under a package. Please contact your clinic directly for details.

6) Package inclusions

1. Inclusions are as specified at the time of purchase and in the package listing.

2. Each qualifying Treatment Series Package includes one Ilumaé 15ml Quartet, available while stocks last, one per package.

3. The Ilumaé 15ml Quartet must be collected in clinic.

4. If stock is unavailable at the time of collection, Contour Clinics may, at its discretion, offer collection at a later date. Substitutions are not guaranteed.

7) Clinician participation and treatment type exclusions

1. Some package options may exclude doctor-led services. Where a doctor-led option exists, participation is subject to clinician opt-in and availability.

2. Morpheus8 Treatment Series Packages exclude doctor-led Morpheus8 services.

3. Contour Clinics may substitute an appointment time, clinician, or location where operationally required, provided the service remains clinically appropriate.

8) Use with other offers and credits

1. Treatment Series Packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, promotional voucher, or discount.

2. Contour Clinics gift cards may be used as a payment method for packages.

3. Contour Clinics credits and promotional credits are not permitted for package purchase. This includes (without limitation) bonus credits, refer-a-friend vouchers, and similar promotional credits.

9) Transfers

1. Treatment Series Packages are generally non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser, unless otherwise approved by Contour Clinics in writing.

2. Contour Clinics may request identification to confirm the package holder.

10) Refunds and changes

1. Please choose carefully. Change-of-mind refunds are not available after purchase.

2. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Contour Clinics may cancel or vary a package offer if required due to circumstances outside its reasonable control (including clinical, staffing, supply, or operational reasons). Where a change materially disadvantages a patient, Contour Clinics will work with the patient to provide an appropriate resolution, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

11) Pricing and errors

1. Package pricing is fixed at the time of purchase.

2. If a genuine error is identified in package setup, pricing, or inclusions, Contour Clinics reserves the right to correct the error and provide the purchaser with the option to proceed under the corrected terms or receive a full refund, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

12) General

1. Contour Clinics may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions will apply to purchases made after the update.

2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian state or territory in which the relevant clinic is located.

Black Friday Existing Patient Offer

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Contour Clinics Pty Ltd (ABN 58645447365), trading as Contour Clinics, of 1/222 King Street, Newtown, NSW 2042 (“Contour Clinics”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Offer period
   2.1 This offer is valid for eligible treatments performed from Friday 28 November 2025 to Tuesday 27th January 2026 inclusive (“Offer Period”).
   2.2 Bookings may be made before or during the Offer Period, however the treatment must be performed within the Offer Period to qualify.

3. Eligibility
   3.1 The offer is available to existing Contour Clinics patients only, being individuals who have an active patient record with Contour Clinics in our booking system prior to or during the Offer Period.
   3.2 Patients must be aged 18 years or over.
   3.3 The offer is available at all Contour Clinics locations in Australia, unless a specific clinic is stated as excluded.

4. Offer details
   4.1 During the Offer Period, eligible patients may receive the following discount on qualifying in-clinic treatment spend in a single transaction:

   • Spend $500 or more in one transaction and receive $50 off

   • Spend $1,000 or more in one transaction and receive $100 off

   • Spend $2,000 or more in one transaction and receive $200 off
     4.2 The discount applies once per qualifying transaction, based on the total value of eligible treatments performed and paid for on the same day, on a single invoice.
     4.3 The discount cannot exceed the total value of the invoice. No cash or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the discount.
     4.4 The offer cannot be used retrospectively on treatments or payments made before the Offer Period, or after the Offer Period has ended.

5. Eligible and ineligible treatments

   5.1 The offer applies only to selected non-invasive skin treatments performed in-clinic at Contour Clinics during the Offer Period. These include treatments aimed at improving skin quality, texture and appearance, as advised by your clinician at consultation.

   5.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the following are excluded from this offer:

   a) Any treatment or service that is not classified by Contour Clinics as a skin treatment in our internal treatment menu
   b) Retail products, including Ilumaé skincare and any other skincare or cosmetic products
   c) Gift cards, vouchers and eGift cards
   d) Memberships, subscriptions and treatment plans
   e) Prepaid packages and courses of treatment purchased as a bundle
   f) Any treatment, service or item that is already subject to another promotion, discount, staff price or special offer
   g) Any treatment or service that your clinician advises is not clinically appropriate for you
   h) Any treatment that cannot be promoted to the public under applicable Australian law or regulatory guidance

   5.3 Specific skin treatments and services may be excluded from this offer on legal, safety or clinical grounds. Your clinician and front desk team will confirm eligibility at the time of booking and/or payment.

6. Clinical appropriateness and consultations
   6.1 All treatments remain subject to a full consultation and assessment with an appropriate clinician.
   6.2 Participation in this promotion does not guarantee that you will be offered or receive any particular treatment. Treatment will only proceed where it is clinically appropriate and suitable for you, based on your individual circumstances and medical history.
   6.3 Patients should not increase the amount or frequency of treatment solely to qualify for, or maximise, this discount. Treatment decisions should always be based on clinical need, realistic expectations and informed consent.
   6.4 Standard consultation fees (if applicable) and follow up appointments may apply and are not necessarily discounted under this offer.

7. How to redeem
   7.1 To redeem, patients must:
   a) Book and attend an eligible treatment during the Offer Period; and
   b) At the time of payment, advise front desk that they wish to use the “Black Friday offer”.
   7.2 The discount will be applied at checkout after the treatment has been performed and the final invoice has been calculated, and before payment is taken.
   7.3 The offer is not automatically applied. If a patient does not mention the Black Friday offer at checkout, the discount may not be applied to that transaction.

8. Limitations
   8.1 The offer is not transferable and may only be used by the patient receiving the treatment.
   8.2 The offer is not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit notes or refunds.
   8.3 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, package pricing or staff pricing, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
   8.4 If a treatment purchased under this promotion is cancelled, refunded or not performed, any refund will be limited to the amount actually paid by the patient, and the value of the discount will not be refunded or reinstated.

9. Changes, cancellations and errors
   9.1 Contour Clinics may, acting reasonably, amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time where required by law, regulation or operational constraints. Any change will not affect discounts already applied to completed, eligible transactions.
   9.2 If there is an error in the publication or application of the offer, we may correct that error and will honour the offer to the extent required by law.

10. General
    10.1 By participating in this promotion, patients are taken to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
    10.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Contour Clinics Birthday Credit

1. Eligibility

• • Available exclusively to customers who have registered their birth date with Contour Clinics.

  • Applies to eligible purchases made in the 30 days leading up to your birth date.

2. Offer Details

• • Receive a $100 credit for every $500 spent on treatments during the eligibility period.

  • Spend is calculated on completed, fully paid treatments only. Skincare product purchases, package deals, and gift card purchases do not contribute toward the spend threshold.

  • Credit will be applied to your account after the qualifying spend and is valid for future treatments.

3. Usage Conditions

• • Birthday credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is applied to your account.

  • Credit can be used toward full-price treatments only and cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase products, or applied to discounted services or packages.

  • Only one promotional credit can be redeemed per transaction.

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer, including but not limited to Refer-A-Friend credits, seasonal promotions, or treatment package offers.

4. Additional Terms

• • Contour Clinics reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Credit redemption is subject to treatment suitability as determined by a Contour Clinics medical professional.

Contour Clinics 10% Upfront Payment Bonus

1. Eligibility

• • This offer is available to customers who accept their personalised treatment plan proposal and pay the full quoted amount upfront, prior to commencing treatment.

  • Payment must be made in full before your first treatment appointment to qualify.

2. Offer Details

• • Receive an eGift Card valued at 10% of your total upfront payment.

  • For example, if your treatment plan is $3,000, you will receive a $300 eGift Card.

  • The eGift Card will be issued upon receipt of full payment and can be used toward future treatments or shared with someone special.

3. Usage Conditions

• • eGift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

  • eGift Cards can be redeemed on full-price treatments only and are not redeemable for cash, product purchases, or used toward discounted treatments or packages.

  • eGift Cards are issued per transaction and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts at the time of redemption.

  • Only one eGift Card may be used per transaction.

4. Additional Terms

• • This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, including the Birthday Credit or Refer-A-Friend offer.

  • Contour Clinics reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • eGift Card redemption is subject to treatment suitability as determined by a Contour Clinics medical professional.

Contour Clinics Refer a Friend Program

Contour Clinics’ “Refer a Friend” program rewards our loyal clients (“Referrers”) and their friends or family (“Referees”) with a $100 Contour Clinics Credit when a successful referral is made.

1. Eligibility

• The Referrer must be an existing Contour Clinics client with an active account.

• The Referee must be a new client who has never attended or booked at any Contour Clinics location.

• Rewards are only issued when:

  • The Referee uses the Referrer’s unique referral code at the time of signing up to book.

  • The Referee completes and pays for their first eligible appointment, meeting the minimum spend of $299.

2. Rewards

• The Referee will receive $100 instant credit, redeemable toward their first treatment, provided the minimum spend of $299 is met.

• The Referrer will receive $100 credit once the Referee has attended and paid for their first eligible appointment.

• Credits are:

  • Issued instantly upon qualifying actions.

  • Valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

  • Redeemable for eligible treatments or products at any Contour Clinics location.

  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

3. No Referral Limit

• There is no cap on how many friends or family members you can refer.

• You will receive a $100 credit for every new client who books and pays for their first eligible appointment using your referral code.

4. Usage Restrictions

• The Referee must meet the minimum spend of $299 on their first appointment to redeem their $100 instant credit.

• Credits cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

5. Fraud & Fair Use

Contour Clinics reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover rewards if:

• The referral is found to be fraudulent, self-referred, or does not meet the eligibility criteria.

• The Referee cancels or fails to attend their first appointment.

• The program is misused in a way that breaches our clinic policies.
